On May 10th at 3pm, GardenStateHSWrestling.com will be presenting its 12th Annual All-Star Charity Classic. A quick rundown of how the tournament goes in case you are new it.

There are four teams that are chosen by myself and three other wrestling reporters. THEY ARE GROUPED BY NATURAL WEIGHT AND NOT WEIGHT LIMIT. The weights are used for classification.

The tournament will be a 2-1-1 format with a :30 overtime period. There will be a pair of semifinals matches for both boys and girls. The winners advance to the finals and the other go to a 3rd place match. The champion is awarded 4 points down to 1. We total up all the points at the end and the manager of the winning team gets to pick which charity we donate the proceeds to.

Due to adding Essex County to the coverage area this year and the extreme amount of talent, we have added a few weight classed to the event. Teams will be drafted this Wednesday April 9th live on Youtube. Here are the girls participating.
