On May 16th at Lenape Valley High School GardenStateHWrestling.com along with Wrestle Mean & Lean, SportsCare, Compound Clothing and the Lenape Valley Booster Club presents "Wrestle for a Cure 3" at 1pm.

The event will consists of matches between the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex and Morris County All Stars in a traditional dual meet format. Both teams will be packed with talent!

The Hunterdon/Sussex/Warren team will boast seven HWS Champions, four county finalists, two region champions, seven state qualifiers and two state medalists. The Morris County Team will counter with two county champions, five county finalists, three region champions, five state qualifiers and three 2015 state medal winners.

We also have the honor of announcing that the marquee matchup will be a meeting of 2015 State Medalists.

Delbarton Junior Nick Farro, 6th in the state at 132 will meet North Hunterdon Senior Ryan Pomrinca, the 3rd place finisher at 126. This is a top match up anyway and could have possibly been a state final under different circumstances.

Proceeds will be split amongst three causes. The first is the care of Montville wrestler Nick Enriquez' mother, who is battling cancer. The 2nd is the Susan B. Komen Foundation and the final one is the Hopatcong Pound.

There will also be a tricky tray with locally donated items as well as signed memorabilia donated by the NY Giants, NY Jets and NJ Devils. Doors for the event open at 12pm and tickets are $10 each. We hope to see you there for a trio of great causes.
