• If an event is rescheduled to another date due to inclement weather or other conditions, we will still provide service on the modified date at no change in the cost.
  • In the event GardenStateHSWrestling is unable to provide service on the rescheduled date (due to staffing issues or other operational concerns), the organization will NOT be charged any service fees and we will refund any amount paid to us for the event. 
  • It is the responsibility of the organization to notify us at least 6 hours before an events scheduled start time if an event is postponed.
  • The organization is responsible for notifying GardenStateHSWrestling of the rescheduled date/ time as soon as it is available. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to provide service for the event on its rescheduled date/ time, and the organization may be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the original service price. 

• If an event is canceled due to inclement weather and will not be rescheduled to a later date, the organization will NOT be charged any service fees and we will refund any amount paid to us for the event.
  • It is the responsibility of the organization to notify us at least 6 hours before an events scheduled start time if an event will be cancelled and not rescheduled due to inclement weather.
  • This does not apply to events canceled due to inclement weather, which will be rescheduled for a different day, but where the organization chooses not to have GardenStateHSWrestling provide service on the new date (the normal cancellation policy (found below) would apply in this case). 

• For any other cancellation reasons, we will charge a cancellation fee based on the following timeline:
  • If an event is cancelled 8 or more days before an events start time, the organization will NOT be charged any service fees and we will refund any amount paid to us for the event.
  • If an event is canceled 1-7 days before an events start time, the organization will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the original service price.
    • We will issue a refund of any amount paid for this event that was greater than the cancellation fee. 
  • If an event is canceled 1 day (24 hours) or less before an event’s start time, the organization will be charged the full service price. 

• In addition, changes to events (such as production size, format, or services needed) can only be made by the organization until 1 day (24 hours) prior to the start of an event. This also does not guarantee requested changes can be accommodated.
