On May 10th-1 pm at Mendham High School, The Morris County All-Star Team will face the Hunterdon/Sussex/Warren All-Star team in the efforts to raise funds for two causes.
Half of the proceeds will be donated to Coach Mike Corrente and half will be donated for the care of Delora Borbotti, cousin of wrestlers Anthony Canfora and Tommy Vazzano, who was a rare genetic disorder.
The event would be a traditional New Jersey High School dual meet format with 14 weight classes. Both teams will be packed with talent! The Hunterdon/Sussex/Warren team will boast three HWS Champions and eight state qualifiers. The Morris County Team will counter with three county champions, two region champions, five state qualifiers and three 2013 state medal winners.
We are looking for local businesses who want to donate either funds or gifts to help with the fundraiser. Tickets are only $10 with the proceeds going to both causes and can be purchased at morriscountyhswrestling.com or at the door.
